On February 5th, members of the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles and its state organization, the California Rental Housing Association, received an online briefing titled “From Claims to Premiums: Understanding California’s Insurance Landscape! .” Participants heard from Deputy California Insurance Commissioner, Julia Juarez, regarding the state of the insurance market and wildfire claims, and also from AAGLA Chief Executive Officer, Daniel Yukelson, who discussed the local response to the wildfires.
