The Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA) is committed to helping individuals and families impacted by the fire with resources, housing options, and information on rebuilding.

RentSpree is refunding screening fees to provide relief for those impacted by the devastating wildfires currently affecting Los Angeles County, RentSpree will refund application fees for individuals who need to rent property due to displacement and/or property damage caused by the fires.

Here’s how it works:

  • Property owners should generate and share the application link with applicants through RentSpree at https://www.rentspree.com/partner/aagla.
  • Once the applicant applies and pays the screening fee, applicants should contact RentSpree  at support@rentspree.com, and RentSpree will promptly refund their screening fee.
