L.A. City Emergency Income Support Program Accepting Applications
By Janet M. Gagnon
Chief Corporate Affairs Officer & SVP, Government Relations
The L.A. City Emergency Income Support Program (ISP) is now accepting applications from renters for income assistance. ISP will provide up to $19,000 (depending on household size) in unrestricted financial assistance to low-income households with a senior and/or disabled person. Renters do NOT have to be in a property that is under the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO) to qualify, but those who are will be given priority. We urge rental housing providers with renters that would qualify for this assistance and are behind on rent to share this information with them. The deadline for applications is April 30th.
Applications can be completed online at the following link.
