California COVID-19 Rental Relief – Everything You Need to Know Before Applying

Industry News,

On Thursday, March 18th, the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles in conjunction with the California Rental Housing Association hosted a webinar to review the application process for the California Rental Relief program under Senate Bill 91. The webinar went over the basics of Senate Bill 91, the application process for landlords and tenants, the amount of available funding in specific areas within California, how renters can qualify for funding, the different requirements for each type of funding, and many more CA COVID-19 rental assistance related topics.

Under this rental assistance program, up to $2.6 billion in Federal COVID relief funding is being made available to pay landlords of qualified low-income renters 80% of rent owed due to non-payment resulting from COVID-19 financial hardships.

This is another of many exclusive AAGLA Member Webinars being provided to assist YOU during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) crisis. Watch the video below to know all the facts about this new rental relief program before applying.
