Save the Date: A Better AAGLA Forms Experience Starts April 29

A Better Forms Experience Is Coming for AAGLA Members

At AAGLA, we listen closely to member feedback, and one message has come through clearly. Members want rental forms that are easier to find, manage, and work with as requirements continue to change. That feedback helped shape an important improvement that is arriving this spring.

Beginning April 29, 2026, AAGLA will launch a new forms experience powered by Form Simplicity Starter Edition. This new platform will replace the existing Forms Library, continuing to provide the same AAGLA forms members already know and trust, and introducing a more streamlined, tenancy-based workflow. Form Simplicity Starter Edition is included with AAGLA Rental Property Owner and Property Management Company membership at no additional cost.

You will have access to the existing Forms Library until August 31, 2026.

Same Trusted AAGLA Forms, Now Easier to Use

The goal is simple: make everyday form use easier. With the new patform, members will be able to search for forms by name or description, work from any device, organize multiple forms by tenancy, auto-fill repeated information across related forms, save progress, and come back later without starting over.

Members will also be able to add notices, addendums, or other forms to a tenancy while carrying forward key information, which helps reduce repetitive data entry and cuts down on errors.

Stay Current with Form Updates and Change Notifications

The new platform also gives members better visibility into form changes. In addition to accessing up-to-date forms, members will receive notifications when updates are made and will be able to review summaries of those changes upon login. That means less second-guessing and more confidence that the forms being used reflect current requirements.

Live Training Dates to Help You Get Started

To support the launch, AAGLA and Form Simplicity will host three live introductory webinars to walk members through the new system and show them how to get started.

Choose the sessions most convenient. All sessions cover the same material:
