2027 Board of Directors Announcement
The Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles has announced its slate of Board Directors for the upcoming 2027 calendar year. This year’s slate includes 22 total members of the Board, including 8 total members being reappointed for terms of one-to-three years and two new appointments, Nadav Zohar and Apri Adams. The Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles has also chosen Earle Vaughan, two-time past president who last served a four-year term, as incoming President for 2027.
Annual Membership Meeting
The appointments to the Board of Directors and Board President will be subject to a vote of the Association’s members at its Annual Membership Meeting being held on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Association’s office building at 621 South Westmoreland Avenue, Los Angeles. Featured Speakers at the Annual Membership Meeting
This year’s annual membership meeting will feature two prominent speakers: Attorney Nadav Zohar, who is a partner at the law firm of Kimball, Tirey & St. John, and Jennifer Rivera, who is the Executive Director of political strategy firm Vibrant L.A. Mr. Zohar will be discussing many new regulations and taking audience questions, and Ms. Rivera will be providing her insight on the results of local elections taking place the day before, on November 3rd.

Annual Board Installation and Legislative Breakfast
Formal installation of the Association’s Board of Directors will take place on Thursday, December 3, 2026, at the Annual Board Installation and Legislative Breakfast being held at the Hilton Hotel in Culver City on Centinela Avenue. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. This year’s event will feature many prominent speakers and experts on housing and homelessness, and many of our state and local elected officials.
