Apartment Association Holds Member “Mixer” High Above the Clouds
Beautiful Spire 73 located on the 73rd floor of the Intercontinental Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles was the location for the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles’ latest member networking event. The member event, which was held on June 1st from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. was sponsored by Balanced Asset Solutions and Story by J.P. Morgan. The networking event was attended by approximately 60 people who enjoyed panoramic views of Los Angeles from 73 stories up while sampling incredible appetizers and a great selection of wines. The event was free to all Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles members.
The mixer kicked off with a welcome and opening remarks from Executive Director, Daniel Yukelson. He acknowledged attendance at the event by Board of Directors President, Cheryl Turner, and Board member, Chris Gray. He also thanked the large contingent in attendance from Mr. Gray’s property management firm, Moss & Company, and he also thanked all members present for their support of the Association’s advocacy.
Following Mr. Yukelson, there were brief presentations by Mohamed Hussein, the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Balanced Asset Solutions, and then by Antwon Ali, the Vice President of Story by J.P. Morgan, J.P. Morgan's digital real estate division.
