After a lengthy deliberation, the Council directed staff to include the matter in the City’s upcoming Strategic Plan in order to provide additional time for a thorough review. Staff were also directed to evaluate and report back on short-term rental regulations in other jurisdictions.
We will continue to monitor this issue, advocate for our member’s interest and provide updates.
