In more than 10 years in commercial real estate, he has negotiated dispositions, 1031 exchanges, trust and estate sales, and development site sales for apartment owners in LA and nationwide. With partner Josh Kaplan, he has helped close more than 1,390 multifamily units, 135,000 square feet of land for development, and $345,000,000 in sale value.
