Nico Luo

Nico Luo is the co-founder of Bedrock and a computer science graduate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Before starting Bedrock, he spent years helping manage residential properties and gained hands-on experience working alongside property management companies, giving him a deep understanding of where operations break down.

Nico specializes in applying AI to automate manual workflows, and is focused on building the tools property managers and owners need to scale without adding headcount.
