Andrew Chang

Andrew Chang is the co-founder and CTO of Bedrock and an electrical engineering graduate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Like Nico, he gained hands-on experience working alongside property management companies, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the operational challenges in the industry.

Andrew leads the technical development at Bedrock, having built the AI platform from the ground up. This system learns each property manager's preferences over time, and the system processes and routes maintenance requests in seconds while keeping humans in control of every decision.
