New City of Los Angeles Notice MUST be Posted at Property: This notice is to be posted in an accessible location at a City of Los Angeles rental property in compliance with Ordinance No.187737. In addition, Ordinance No. 187737 requires owners of residential properties to provide a summary of these renters’ rights to their renters for tenancies that commenced or were renewed on or after January 27, 2023.
