Notice of Tenant Rights and Tenant Right to Counsel (Los Angeles County)
Merchandise
Rental property owners of fully and partially rent stabilized units located in unincorporated areas of the County must provide their tenants with a Notice of Tenant Rights. Also, The Los Angeles County Tenant Right to Counsel Ordinance (TRTCO) requires that rental housing providers (landlords) of properties located in unincorporated areas of the County provide this “Notice of Tenant Right to Counsel” to tenants. These Notices must be posted in a conspicuous location, such as a lobby of the property or common areas (e.g., near mailboxes, in laundry rooms, or at the entrance to the property).
Sign is printed on 3mm PVC (Sintra) – a lightweight yet durable material ideal for both indoor and outdoor signage. It is waterproof, easy to clean, and features a low-gloss surface to reduce glare.
