EPA RRP-Renovate, Repair, Paint-Lead Hazard information

Before renting pre-1978 housing, owners must disclose the presence of known lead-based paint hazards in the housing premises. At the time of lease signing, renters must receive this federally approved pamphlet on lead poisoning prevention. (Revised 9.21.23)
