West Hollywood Property Owners: FREE Earthquake Retrofit Workshop

The new Seismic Retrofit Grant Program being offered by the City of West Hollywood will be the subject of a free workshop conducted by Optimum Seismic, Inc. and the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on August 15th at 755 North Highland Avenue in Los Angeles. Free lunch will be offered.
Eligible property owners can obtain grants ranging in amounts up to $5,000 for design and $20,000 for construction will assist with compliance under the City’s mandatory seismic retrofitting ordinance. Come learn about this exciting, new funding opportunity being offered to property owners in the City of West Hollywood. The Optimum Seismic team, which has been performing earthquake retrofit engineering and construction in since 1984, will explain the step-by-step process of the grant application and retrofitting process.
