University Research Survey: Property Management Operations
Dr. Asadi, Professor of Information Technology at DeVry University, has asked the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles to share this short research questionnaire with our members to support his research.
Focus of Research: He is conducting an academic research study in 2026 on operational, financial, and risk-management challenges facing property owners and property managers.
The Objective: to better understand portfolio performance blind spots, cost drivers, and decision-making gaps within small-to-mid-size real estate operations.
Note: There is no promotional component involved, and all responses will be kept STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.
Participants who choose to take part will receive an executive summary of the study’s findings, which may be useful to your organization. After completing the survey, you’ll also receive key insights from the study.
