University Research Survey: Property Management Operations

Dr. Asadi, Professor of Information Technology at DeVry University, has asked the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles to share this short research questionnaire with our members to support his research.

Focus of Research: He is conducting an academic research study in 2026 on operational, financial, and risk-management challenges facing property owners and property managers. 

The Objective: to better understand portfolio performance blind spots, cost drivers, and decision-making gaps within small-to-mid-size real estate operations.
