Santa Monica to Hold Annual Landlord/Tenant Forum

On Wednesday, December 14, 2022, from 4 to 6 p.m., the Santa Monica City Attorney's Office and the Rent Control Agency will host their annual Landlord/Tenant Forum.  The event will include discussion of numerous topics including the City’s eviction moratorium, changes to the maximum allowable rents as a result of the recent approval of ballot measure RC and recent changes to the City’s Fair Housing and Tenant Harassment Ordinance. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions after the presentation.
