IPM Expo a Huge Success in Inland Empire
The Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA) held its first-ever Income Property Management Expo at the Ontario Convention Center on September 23rd. The event was a major success, with nearly 100 vendors serving the rental housing business present and more than 1,000 attendees.
Attendees had opportunities to attend more than one dozen free seminars on a broad range of topics including best practices in property management, property maintenance, income taxes, 1031 Exchanges, and many legal topics. There was standing room only at many of the seminars.

The Income Property Management Expo was produced by AAGLA in association with Apartment New Publications, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino, and Fair Housing Council of Riverside County.
The IPME Expo also featured the housing industry awards program, the Inaugural Income Property Management Awards (IPMAs), which recognized excellence, leadership, and individuals and organizations that elevate the property management business. Major IPMA sponsors included Fast Eviction Services, Loan Factory, Payless Kitchen and Cabinets, and Brothers in Arms Securities.
AAGLA Expands Its Presence in the Inland Empire

The IPMAs were AAGLA's first time recognizing industry excellence in property management, and the awards program was the first rental housing industry awards program in that region for more than 15 years.
Dates for AAGLA’s annual Income Property Management Expo, taking place in Pasadena each March, will be announced soon.
