Members asked for a better way to access and use AAGLA's rental forms. We listened.

Form Simplicity is AAGLA's new Rental Forms Library, and it is included in your membership. The AAGLA forms you already know and trust are the same — we have improved the experience. Completing forms digitally is easier, your work saves automatically, and everything is organized by tenancy instead of scattered across downloads.

No new login. No separate registration. Access Form Simplicity directly through your AAGLA Member Compass.

Getting Started FAQs

Before you call, here are the most common questions to guide you:

Is Form Simplicity included with my AAGLA membership?
Yes. Form Simplicity Starter Edition is included with your AAGLA membership at no additional cost.
Do I need a new login?
No. You can access Form Simplicity directly through your AAGLA Member Compass using your existing login.
Are the forms different?
No. The AAGLA forms you already know and trust remain the same. Form Simplicity simply makes it easier to complete digitally, organize, and save.
How do I access Form Simplicity?
Log in to your AAGLA Member Compass and click the Access AAGLA Forms button to begin. From there, start a new tenancy, add blank forms, and complete forms digitally.
Will I still be able to access forms if I forgot my Member Compass login?
Yes. You must log in to Member Compass to access Form Simplicity, but if you forgot your password, you can reset it from the Member Compass login page. Enter your email, click Continue, and click Reset Password.
Do I need Adobe?
No. Forms can be completed directly inside Form Simplicity, so Adobe is not required.
Do I have to switch immediately?
No, but we recommend it. The current forms page will remain available through August 31, 2026, so you have time to transition and learn how to use Form Simplicity. After August 31st, Form Simplicity becomes the standard platform to access AAGLA forms.
Can I use Form Simplicity on my phone or tablet?
Yes. Form Simplicity works on PC, Mac, tablet, and smartphone, so you can access and complete forms from almost any device with internet access.
What is the difference between the Starter and Ultimate Versions?
AAGLA members will be able to complete, save, organize, and download AAGLA forms using the Starter Edition, which is included in your membership at no additional cost. Ultimate Edition is a paid upgrade for members who want added workflow tools such as e-signatures and expanded document storage.
How do I know a form is current?
All forms in Form Simplicity are the most up-to-date AAGLA forms. You receive notifications as forms change, so you do not need to verify dates or check for newer versions.
Can I save a partially completed form and come back to it?
Yes. Form Simplicity allows you to save your progress so you can return to a form without starting over.
Can my tenant open a completed form I send them?
Yes. When you download a completed form from Form Simplicity, it saves as a PDF your tenant can open without any special software or password.
Is training required?
No. Training is not required, but it is strongly recommended if you want a guided walkthrough of the workflow.
Is there training to help me get started?
Yes. We are offering three live Getting Started trainings here.
Who do I contact for help?

Will AAGLA's team still be able to help me with forms?
Yes. AAGLA's Operational Advisors are available during normal business hours to help members with rental housing questions, including which forms to use and questions about local regulations. As always, they do not provide legal advice. For technical questions about how to use Form Simplicity, please call the Form Simplicity Dedicated Help Line below.
I just need one blank form or notice quickly. Can I still do that?
Yes. You can search Blank Forms for a form by name, form number, or description and fill it out directly in Form Simplicity.
Can I download and email forms to a tenant?
Yes. You can download completed forms as PDFs, save them to your computer, and email them to your tenant.
Can I print forms if I want paper copies?
Yes. You can print your forms at any time.
What if I am not comfortable learning new software?
That is okay. Training is available to help you get started, and recorded sessions are posted in AAGLA's Webinar Library. You do not have to figure it out on your own. Contact the Form Simplicity Help Line at 866-610-6536.
What hours are the Help Line available?
The Form Simplicity Help Line is available during the following hours:
Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 5:00pm PT
Saturday & Sunday, 6:00am – 2:00pm PT.
Can my staff or team all use Form Simplicity?
Form Simplicity is accessed through your AAGLA Member Compass login. If you would like staff members to have access, you can add them to your AAGLA membership. Call our office for more information.

Post-Launch FAQs

Will I still have access to the old forms page?
Yes. The current forms page will remain available through August 31, 2026.
Where can I watch training recordings?
After May 8, training recordings will be available here.
What is included in Starter Edition?
Starter Edition includes access to AAGLA via Form Simplicity, digital form completion, autofill, saved progress, and easier organization of forms by tenancy.
What is Ultimate Edition?
Ultimate is an optional paid upgrade for members who want to manage their rental workflows digitally from beginning to end with additional features such as e-signatures, expanded workflow capabilities, and unlimited document storage. Starter Edition remains included with your AAGLA membership at no additional cost.
Will my saved forms or information from the old forms page transfer to the new system?
There were no saved forms or stored tenancy records in the previous forms page. With Form Simplicity, you can now save forms and tenancy information inside your Form Simplicity account for future access.
What happens if my AAGLA membership becomes inactive?
If your AAGLA membership becomes inactive, you will lose access to Form Simplicity. Once your AAGLA membership is renewed, your Form Simplicity access will be restored. Your saved forms and information will remain intact in Form Simplicity.
