After a traumatic or catastrophic event at your rental property, the cleanup of biohazards is very challenging and should be handled “by the book” using a licensed and fully trained biohazard professional. Bio SoCal help you clean-up safely and restore your home or rental property business to where it was prior to the unplanned event so you can focus on what is important. Bio SoCal specializes exclusively in Biohazard clean-up and understands the importance of providing discrete, confidential, and professional service based on your schedule. Bio SoCal specializes in all types on Biohazard clean-up including the effects of blood, suicide, death, decomposition, crime scenes, trauma, murder, feces, and hoarding cleanup.
Not sure if you need a biohazard clean-up professional? Blood can contain pathogens that carry incurable diseases, viruses, and bacteria and that can make you sick and even cause death. Since biohazards and blood cleanup is most likely covered by your property insurance policy typically, there is often no out of pocket costs or a very small deductible.

• What Is the process for cleaning-up a suicide or homicide?
• How to clean-p a blood spill? Is it really possible to fully clean blood spills out of carpet or other furnishings at my property?
• What do crime scene cleaners do? What licenses are required for crime scene clean-up?
• How YOU can safely clean-up rodent droppings, animal urine or feces?
• What is the best way to remove cigarette smoke from your house or apartment?
• Ways to completely remove dead animal smell.
• Handling death inside of YOUR rental property – learn why a dead body smells and the 5 stages of human decomposition.
• Is the odor from a dead Body a biohazard?
• And, of course, much, much more! Q&A to Follow…
