Seminar Leaders:
Real Estate and Landlord Attorney Cynthia Juno!
Cynthia Juno is a Los Angeles based real estate attorney advising leasing agents, property managers, owners and tenants on residential landlord-tenant issues. She specializes in "no-fault" tenant evictions, where tenants are legally obligated to vacate after proper filing, notice and payment of required relocation assistance. Cynthia is regularly consulted before, during and after the escrow process to craft or interpret disclosure language and to advise on swift, effective resolution of tenant disputes.
She is a stickler for compliance in the heavily regulated field of tenant evictions. She leads owners and their realtors through no-fault evictions in any Southern California jurisdiction, including Los Angeles, Culver City, Santa Monica, Pasadena, South Pasadena and LA County in general. She communicates with tenants during the process to keep them fully informed and to help them understand their rights. She prides herself on practical, creative, and effective solutions, if any disputes arise.
Ms. Juno’s work typically includes: (1) delivering a single-family home vacant prior to listing it for sale; (2) delivering a multi-family property vacant with Ellis Act restrictions in place, prior to listing it for sale or converting it to a TIC (for example); and (3) assisting owners with owner-occupancy or owner-relative occupancies.
