Bill Dawson, Board of Directors and Past President, Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles

William “Bill” Dawson has been with Sullivan Dituri since 1990 and is actively engaged in Property Management and Real Estate sales. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Real Estate Finance from California State University at Northridge. He serves the rental housing industry as a director and Past President of the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles, and had served as a director of the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Greater Los Angeles Area Association of Realtors, and has been involved with several civic organizations such as the Santa Monica Kiwanis Club, and is currently a member of the Santa Monica Rotary Club.

Kenny Lim is a managing partner of California Property Law Group

Kenny Lim is a managing partner of California Property Law Group. Kenny has extensive experience in the field of Real Estate, specializing in landlord-tenant law. 

Kenny obtained a bachelor's in political science, specializing in law and philosophy, from the University of California, Riverside, and obtained his real estate sales agent license in 2016. During his time as an agent, he facilitated the sale and leasing of properties and handled bank and lender relationships for foreclosed properties. In 2018, he attended the accelerated SCALE Program in 2018 at Southwestern Law School and graduated in 2020. He was a part of the Negotiations Honors Program and the Southwestern Journal of International Law, where he wrote a paper on gambling debts and the enforceability of gambling debts.

Kenny’s experience with landlord-tenant law stems from his work with one of the biggest landlord-tenant firms in Southern California. He has worked on over hundreds of eviction cases simultaneously and has been successful in obtaining judgments for possession as well as assisting in collecting on any money judgments. 

Kenny is a member and a regular speaker at the Korean Round-table AAGLA Group.

With the laws regarding landlord-tenant laws changing almost daily, Kenny has devoted most of his time to following every detail to ensure that landlords and tenants are compliant with the law and has advocated for further transparency of the law.
