Adding Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) to your property these days is allowed by right under new state laws. David Tashroudian is the President at Retrofit1 and ADU1 based in Tarzana, California. He is both a general contractor and plumbing contractor. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics in 2005. He received his J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law where he served on the Board of the Hastings Entertainment Law Review.

Helen Fowler is a Director at ADU1 and Retrofit1, and oversees business development, marketing, sales, and manages the company's Northern California division.
