The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) is Now Offering Many New Landlord Incentives

New Housing Incentive Program (HIP) offerings are available to rental housing providers in the City of Los Angeles! These incentives, administered by HACLA, range from $1,300 to $2,100 — and sometimes even more — depending on the size of the unit.

About HACLA: Established in 1938, HACLA is one of the nation's largest public housing authorities. With a $1 billion+ annual budget, HACLA provides the largest supply of affordable housing to residents of Los Angeles. Funding sources include HUD subsidies, Section 8 fees, rent collections, capital funds, and partnerships with local agencies and developers.
