Join us for a discussion with 1031 Exchange expert, Mr. Biho Cha, a retired Certified Public Accountant from McDermott Investors, who will explain the 1031 Exchange process and opportunities to invest in Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs). If you're tired of managing tenants, navigating regulations, or taking on legal risks, a DST investment might be a great solution. A DST is a legal entity that holds title to real estate, allowing investors to defer capital gains taxes and diversify into multiple properties rather than just one.
