Denise Cato, President and CEO of Fair Housing Council of Orange County (FHCOC)
Denise Cato continues to lead and train hundreds of housing industry professionals on both state and federal fair housing laws. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Fair Housing Alliance, a national organization supporting the efforts and legislative needs of fair housing organizations nationwide. Certified by the California Department of Real Estate in 1997, she has been a trainer in fair housing laws for over 25 years, including with the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles, Southern Cities Apartment Association, and Orange County Apartment Association.
