Earning your Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) credential demonstrates your ability to manage rental property and achieve investment goals. The CAM credential positions you for career advancement within the multifamily housing industry.

CAM Credential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience
  • Completion of all CAM coursework (totaling 40 hours)
  • Pass the exam within six months of declaring candidacy
