It has been a while, so please join us for another great session of the Southland's Top Property Managers, our expert panel of highly intelligent professionals, who will be discussing “Today's Insane Property Management Challenges.”
In today's overregulated housing environment, just dealing with the three-T's (tenants, toilets and trash) has gone into overdrive, and if you are not careful, you can find yourself in financial hot water. Join us to hear about some of the good, bad, and ugly situations these professionals have faced, and how they deal with them on a day-to-day basis.
Hear their views on dealing with the “COVID-19 Hangover” (collecting rent owed and handling untruthful tenants using COVID as an excuse for not paying rent), maintenance and habitability concerns, the “repair or replace” dilemma, revenue growth in a little or no growth environment, best leasing practices, handling tenant complaints, and so much more.
