Also, we promise you'll get an extended Q&A session. Join us as we discuss how to defeat "Moratoriumism." Legal Expert Niv Davidovich joins with professional property manager Ari Chazanas to offer some practical solutions and address all your legal and property management questions.

Please join us this September 1st at 1:00 p.m. for another legal webinar (2 Days in a Row!) when we will be hearing from a top landlord attorney and legal expert, Niv Davidovich from the Davidovich Stein Law Group. Niv will be joined by professional property manager and Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles Board of Directors member, Ari Chazanas from Lotus West Properties. These two experts will provide YOU with the practical advice YOU need to get paid 100% of the past due rent owed to you, and how to deal with "sticky" tenant situations.

DON'T MISS THIS WEBINAR. THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO GET REAL SOLUTIONS TO YOUR PROBLEM TENANTS. NO UNTESTED LEGAL THEORY IN THIS ONE. HEAR THE STRATEGIES THAT WORKED IN PRACTICE. LEARN WHAT YOU NEED TO BE DOING NOW TO PROTECT YOUR BOTTOM LINE!

Webinar Discussion Topics Include:

  • Where are we today with the state and local eviction moratoria? How can you evict today? Can you raise rent today?
  • You've got a judgement, now what are you supposed to do? How do you collect?
  • Important practical and legal strategies for maximizing collections and pursuing rental debt, even after your tenant has vacated.
  • Avoiding legal exposure under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
  • Providing the right documentation necessary to support your claim. What you need to know before heading to Small Claims Court.
  • When to make the decision to work with a professional rental debt collections agency – how much does this cost?
  • Small Claims Court (self-represented) versus Civil Court (attorney represented) – what's best for you?
  • And, of course, we'll have much, much more including Q&A to follow the presentation.

This will be a live, interactive, online learning session. Live Q&A will take place throughout the online seminar. Please join us for what will surely be an extremely informative and timely presentation. Please log in to register.
