Fix It Right. Fix It Once! Important Advice You Need Before Undertaking Your Foundation Repairs, Structural Upgrades, Seismic Retrofit Project and MORE!

In today's litigious and highly regulated rental housing climate, it is imperative that rental property owners maintain their properties by addressing foundation cracks, required structural upgrades, shifting soils on hillsides, building settling, and mandated seismic retrofitting to avoid costly problems down the road, and to best protect valuable real estate investments.

Understand the common indicators of structural damage in buildings, such as cracks, uneven floors, and sagging walls, emphasizing their significance for property managers. The presentation will also provide actionable steps to mitigate and prevent structural damage, including regular inspections, maintenance routines, and collaboration with qualified professionals to ensure the safety and longevity of the properties.

These days, lenders and insurance companies are looking much more closely and conducting extensive due diligence on properties before approving financing or insurance coverage. Ignoring or deferring important structural risks, shifting or unstable soils, damaged retaining walls and other structural issues that may be costly problems "waiting to happen" can result in major liabilities should someone get injured, or in worst case, die.

Foundation repairs, soil erosion and landslide repairs, shoring up retaining walls, structural upgrades, and seismic retrofitting all involve engineering and construction to provide additional structural support to strengthen weaker areas of apartment buildings that are at risk of failure and possible collapse during earthquakes.

For more than 30 years, Alpha Structural, Inc. has established itself as the leading Southern California Design / Build firm, specializing in structural repairs and retrofitting. With over 400 years of combined experience in our engineering and construction divisions, we can design and build all your necessary upgrades. Whether you have existing retrofit plans or need to start the process, we can help. Our multiple in-house engineering teams, dozens of crews, project managers, and permitting expediting staff ensure efficiency and cost savings. We've saved countless clients time and money by correcting bad retrofit plans.
