Our property management expert, Patti Widget, offers the professional property management advice you need to avoid problem situations and realize your goals. Her “insider tips” and teachings about organizational skills will help you avoid problem situations, prioritize the most important tasks and maximize your efficiency during the workday.

Learn about how to respond to resident requests and avoid situations that may someday escalate and expose you to legal trouble. Learn time management, physical and mental organization, and self-motivation as the roadmap to operating a successful property management business.

Successful property managers know how to keep things as strictly business and how not to get bogged down in situations involving resident drama. Experience property managers know that managing their time is essential, especially if they oversee multiple properties. Effectively managing your time can help you prevent stress, accomplish tasks more efficiently and respond to tenants' ongoing needs. You can use a planner, to-do list or task management software to organize your day and help you spend your time wisely.

Our leading multifamily industry expert, Patti Widget, the founder of Widget’s Way and now AAGLA operational advisor again, joins us for another amazing presentation that will help YOU to better survive and work far more efficiently in today’s fast-paced environment. Patti’s advice will help YOU to successfully and quickly address whatever current crisis you find yourself in.  PLEASE, join us for what will most certainly be an informative online seminar via ZOOM.

During the webinar, we will also cover the following:
  • Learn about how to respond to resident requests and avoid situations that may someday escalate and expose you to legal trouble – learn Patti’s “fogging” technique and respond in a way that avoids trouble.
  • Learn the “must-have” organizational skills for successful property management.
  • How to effectively manage your time can help you prevent stress and accomplish tasks more efficiently.
  • The importance of documentation for written and oral communications, and how to organize your documentation for quick access during times of need.
  • Hear about available software applications, scheduling tools, or mobile phone applications to set reminders for important or recurring tasks to help you stay organized, increase your response time, and improve your time management.
  • How to juggle numerous tasks simultaneously, and the importance of a high level of organization to stay on top of everything. Learn why being organized ensures that important tasks don’t fall through the cracks and helps maintain a professional image.
  • And wait…there’s always so much more. Your questions will help lead the discussion.  Ask Patti anything – she will address your questions for one full hour!

This will be a live, interactive, online learning session.  Live Q&A will take place throughout the online seminar.  Please join us for what will surely be an extremely informative and entertaining presentation by Patti Widget.
