Property Management Training Program - Spanish

ÚLTIMO ENTRENAMIENTO DEL 2023! El propósito del Programa de capacitación en administración de propiedades (PMTP) es ayudar a los propietarios a mejorar la administración de sus propiedades.

El PMTP cubrirá los siguientes temas:

• Cumplimiento del código de propiedad
• Ordenanza de estabilización de alquileres
• Remediación del peligro de plomo
• Cómo evitar molestias ilegales
• Vivienda Justa
• Ley de propietarios / inquilinos

Este curso de un día se llevará a cabo virtualmente y es presentado por el Departamento de Inversión Comunitaria y Vivienda de Los Ángeles en conjunto con AAGLA. El curso se llevará a cabo en español. *Este curso se impartirá de forma virtual. Requisitos del seminario web: Cada participante debe tener su propia dirección de correo electrónico para registrarse y recibir su enlace único. Los participantes no pueden compartir una dirección de correo electrónico. Cada participante debe tener acceso a una conexión a Internet a través de su propia computadora, teléfono inteligente, tableta, etc. para iniciar sesión y asistir al seminario web. Los participantes no pueden asistir al seminario web a través de un teléfono fijo. Los participantes no pueden compartir dispositivos. Por ejemplo, dos participantes no pueden ver el seminario web desde una computadora, y ambos recibir crédito ya que nuestro informe solo reflejará que una persona inició sesión en el seminario web.

Certificados de asistencia:

Para calificar para un certificado, el participante debe asistir al seminario web en su totalidad y permanecer conectado con su enlace único. Al unirse al seminario web, cada participante debe ingresar su nombre completo. De lo contrario, el participante no tendrá acceso a la capacitación, se marcará como ausente y no elegible para el certificado. Esto se verificará con el uso de un informe al finalizar el seminario web, antes de la distribución de las certificaciones.

LAST TRAINING OF 2023! The purpose of the Property Management Training Program (PMTP) is to help property owners improve the management of their properties.

The PMTP will cover the following topics:

• Property Code Compliance
• Rent Stabilization Ordinance
• Lead Hazard Remediation
• How to avoid illegal nuisances
• Fair Housing
• Landlord/Tenant Law

This one-day course will be held virtually and is presented by the Los Angeles Department of Community Investment and Housing in conjunction with AAGLA. The course will be carried out in Spanish. *This course will be taught virtually. Webinar Requirements: Each participant must have their own email address to register and receive the unique link from it. Participants cannot share an email address. Each participant must have access to an Internet connection through their own computer, smartphone, tablet, etc. to log in and attend the webinar. Participants cannot attend the webinar via landline. Participants cannot share devices. For example, two participants cannot view the webinar from a computer, and both receive credit as our report will only reflect that one person logged into the webinar.

Certificates of Attendance:

To qualify for a certificate, the participant must attend the webinar in its entirety and stay connected with its unique link. When joining the webinar, each participant must enter their full name. Otherwise, the participant will not have access to the training, will be marked absent and ineligible for the certificate. This will be verified with the use of a report at the end of the webinar, prior to the distribution of certifications.
