Property Management Training Program - English

SOLD OUT! The purpose of the Property Management Training Program (PMTP) is to help property owners improve the management of their properties.

The PMTP will cover the following topics:

• Property Code Compliance
• Rent Stabilization Ordinance
• Lead Hazard Remediation
• How to Avoid Illegal Nuisances
• Fair Housing
• Landlord/Tenant Law

This one-day course will be held virtually and is presented by The Los Angeles Housing and Community Investment Department in conjunction with AAGLA.

Webinar Requirements:

• Each participant must have their own email address to register and receive a unique webinar link.
• Participants cannot share an email address.
• Each participant must use their own internet-connected device (computer, smartphone, tablet) to attend the webinar.
• Participants cannot attend via landline.
• Participants cannot share devices. For example, two participants cannot view from one computer and both receive credit.

Certificates of Attendance:

To qualify for a certificate, participants must attend the webinar in its entirety and stay logged in using their unique link. Upon joining the webinar, each participant must enter their full name. Failure to do so will result in being marked absent and not eligible for a certificate. Attendance will be verified with a post-event report prior to certificate distribution.
