Property Management Training Program - English

The purpose of the Property Management Training Program (PMTP) is to help property owners improve the management of their properties.

The PMTP will cover the following topics:

• Property Code Compliance
• Rent Stabilization Ordinance
• Lead Hazard Remediation
• How to Avoid Illegal Nuisances
• Fair Housing
• Landlord/Tenant Law

This one-day course will be held virtually and is presented by the Los Angeles Housing and Community Investment Department in conjunction with AAGLA.

Note: This course is taught virtually.

Webinar Requirements:

• Each participant must have their own email address to register and receive a unique access link.
• Participants cannot share email addresses.
• Each participant must log in using their own device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.).
• Landline attendance is not permitted.
• Multiple participants cannot share a single device — each login is tracked individually for certification.

Certificates of Attendance:

To qualify for a certificate, participants must:

• Attend the entire webinar using their unique link.
• Enter their full name upon joining the session.

Failure to follow these requirements will result in being marked absent and not receiving a certificate. Attendance will be verified through login reports following the webinar.
