The purpose of the Property Management Training Program (PMTP) is to help property owners improve the management of their properties.

The PMTP will cover the following topics:

• Property Code Compliance
• Rent Stabilization Ordinance
• Lead Hazard Remediation
• How to Avoid Illegal Nuisances
• Fair Housing
• Landlord/Tenant Law

This one-day course will be held virtually and is presented by The Los Angeles Housing and Community Investment Department in conjunction with AAGLA.
*Please note: This course will be virtually taught!*

Webinar Requirements:

• Each participant must have their own email address to be registered and receive their unique link.
• Participants cannot share an email address.
• Each participant must access the webinar via their own internet-connected device (computer, smartphone, or tablet).
• Webinar access via landline is not permitted.
• Device sharing is not allowed (e.g., two participants cannot attend on the same computer).

Certificates of Attendance:

To qualify for a certificate:

• Participants must attend the webinar in its entirety and stay logged in using their unique link.
• Each participant must enter their full name when joining the webinar.
• Failure to do so will result in being marked as absent and ineligible for a certificate.
• Attendance will be verified using a report generated upon completion of the webinar.
