The Property Management Training Program (PMTP)

The purpose of the PMTP is to help property owners improve the management of their properties. This one-day course is presented virtually by The Los Angeles Housing and Community Investment Department in conjunction with AAGLA.

The PMTP will cover the following topics:

• Property Code Compliance
• Rent Stabilization Ordinance
• Lead Hazard Remediation
• How to Avoid Illegal Nuisances
• Fair Housing
• Landlord/Tenant Law

Please Note: This course will be taught virtually.

Webinar Requirements:

• Each participant must have their own unique email address to register and receive a personalized webinar link.
• Email addresses and webinar links may not be shared.
• Each participant must attend using their own device (computer, smartphone, tablet) with internet access.
• Landline access is not supported.
• Multiple participants may not share one device for webinar access—each person must log in independently.

Certificates of Attendance:

• Participants must attend the entire webinar and stay logged in using their unique link.
• Full names must be entered upon joining the webinar. Failure to enter your full name may result in being marked absent and ineligible for a certificate.
• Attendance will be verified via webinar reports prior to issuing certificates.
