The purpose of the Property Management Training Program (PMTP) is to help property owners improve the management of their properties.

The PMTP will cover the following topics:

  • Property Code Compliance
  • Rent Stabilization Ordinance
  • Lead Hazard Remediation
  • How to avoid Illegal Nuisances
  • Fair Housing
  • Landlord/Tenant Law

This one-day course will be held virtually and is presented by The Los Angeles Housing and Community Investment Department in conjunction with AAGLA.
