New AAGLA Rental Forms Library Plus Workflow Training

AAGLA’s new Rental Forms Library launched on April 29th, and this session is designed to help members get fully comfortable using the new Form Simplicity platform.

Whether you have already started using the new forms system or still have questions, this training will walk through the most important features, answer member questions, and show how to use the platform with more confidence. We will review how to find, complete, organize, print, download, and deliver AAGLA's rental forms, along with time-saving tools that can help reduce repeated data entry and keep rental paperwork better organized.

We will also review selected advanced workflow features available in the Form Simplicity Ultimate Edition for members who want to go beyond basic form access and build a more repeatable rental process.

What You Will Learn

By the end of this session, members will understand how to use the new AAGLA Rental Forms Library more confidently and how to decide which tools best fit their rental process.

• How to log in and navigate Form Simplicity through your AAGLA membership.
• How to quickly find the forms you need by searching by name or description.
• How to fill out forms on a PC, Mac, phone, or tablet.
• How to set up tenancies and keep related agreements, notices, and documents organized in one place.
• How to print, email, and download forms without password issues.
• How auto-fill works across related forms so you do not have to re-enter the same information repeatedly.
• How to confirm you are working from the most current version of an AAGLA form.
• How to send forms for electronic signature using Sabal Sign, available with Ultimate Edition.
• How to use AAGLA-created form packages or build your own repeatable form packages.
• How to organize documents in the cloud and use PDF tools such as split, merge, rotate, replace pages, and rename.
• How task reminders, collaboration tools, and calendar integration can support a more organized move-in or notice process.
• How to build a simple repeatable workflow for move-ins, lease signing, notices, and inspections.

Who Should Attend

This session is designed for AAGLA members who use rental forms in any part of their rental process. It is helpful for members who manage one unit, multiple units, or larger property portfolios.

New users will benefit from the step-by-step review of the included Starter Edition. Members who already understand the basics will benefit from the workflow review and advanced feature overview.

What Is Included with Membership

Form Simplicity Starter Edition is included with AAGLA Rental Property Owner and Property Management Company membership at no additional cost. There is nothing to purchase and nothing to install.

Form Simplicity Ultimate Edition is an optional upgrade and available for members who want additional workflow tools such as e-signatures, form packages, document storage, PDF tools, task management, collaboration, and calendar integration.
