The new AAGLA Rental Forms Library is now live on Form Simplicity, and we are bringing hands-on training exclusively to AAGLA members. This session is two hours of live, instructor-led practice. Bring your laptop or tablet and follow along with our Form Simplicity trainer step by step.

Whether you have already started using Form Simplicity or still have questions, this session will walk through the features that matter most, from leasing and tenant workflows to finding, completing, organizing, printing, downloading, and delivering AAGLA's rental forms, along with the time-saving tools that reduce repeated data entry and keep your rental paperwork in order.

What you will learn:

• How to log in and navigate Form Simplicity through your AAGLA membership
• How to find the forms you need by searching by name or description
• How to fill out forms on a PC, Mac, phone, or tablet
• How to print, email, and download forms without password issues
• How auto-fill carries information across related forms so you do not re-enter the same details
• How to confirm you are working from the most up-to-date version of an AAGLA form
• How to keep tenancies, notices, and related documents organized in one place
• A look at the advanced workflow tools in Ultimate Edition, including unlimited electronic signatures with Sabal Sign and AAGLA’s reusable form packages

Who should attend?

AAGLA Rental Property Owner and Property Management Company members who use AAGLA’s rental forms, whether you manage a single unit, several units, or a larger portfolio. New users get a step-by-step walkthrough of the included Starter Edition. Members who already know the basics get the workflow review and a look at the advanced features.

What is included with AAGLA membership?

Form Simplicity Starter Edition is included with AAGLA Rental Property Owner and Property Management Company membership. There is nothing to purchase and nothing to install. Ultimate Edition is an optional upgrade for members who want additional workflow tools such as electronic signatures, form packages, cloud document storage, PDF tools, and task management. What To Bring to the Training

What to bring: This is a hands-on session, so bring a laptop or tablet and a charger. You will follow along live with our Form Simplicity trainer, so a device you can type on works best.

Before you arrive: Take a minute to confirm you can log in to Form Simplicity through AAGLA Member Compass ahead of time, so you are ready to work from the start.

• If you bring staff, each team member should confirm their own login before the session.
• If you or your team run into trouble logging in, contact AAGLA at 213-384-4131 or the dedicated Form Simplicity Help Line at 866-610-6536, and they will get you set before the session.

What to expect: The session is two hours of live, instructor-led practice focused on the Ultimate Edition workflow tools: reusable form packages, electronic signatures with Sabal Sign, document storage and PDF tools, task management, collaboration, and calendar integration. Bring your questions.
