PLEASE…Join us via Zoom on Tuesday, July 7^th at 10:00 a.m. for a MEMBER ORIENTATION MEETING. We want to be sure that you get the most from membership in the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles and learn how you can unlock AAGLA’s many membership benefits and access the resources that you need.

Date / Time:        Tuesday, July 7, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Noon)

How to Attend:    For New AAGLA Members or AAGLA Members that need a refresher.

During this meeting, you will:

• Receive an update on the latest local and state regulations. Our Chief Executive and Executive Director, Daniel Yukelson, will provide a briefing on the latest state and local regulations impaction the rental housing providers. He also will brief us on some of the latest regulatory “threats” to rental housing providers.
• Meet the AAGLA Team Members and learn how they can assist you. Learn how to get the resources you need to excel at your rental housing business.
• Learn about AAGLA’s government advocacy. Learn about the efforts being deployed to help advocate for members at all levels of government.
• Take a “grand” tour of our many online offerings. Learn all about our new, online forms and notices library platform, and learn how to locate important resources and industry news. Become familiar with our advocacy resources, action alerts and industry updates.
• Learn how to obtain operational advice. Meet our operational advisor team. Become familiar with our legal forms library and understand what forms you need to succeed.
• Hear about upcoming meetings and events. Learn about upcoming free webinars, certification classes and events, and how you can attend. Consider attending an upcoming meeting of AAGLA’s board of directors.
• And, much, much more…including Q&A to follow the presentation.
