Every day, landlords go to Court to evict their non-paying tenants, and those very same landlords obtain a Court money judgment against the non-paying tenants. But there is a very large problem – more than 80% of these judgments are never paid! Why is that…you may ask? Well, there are many reasons, but the biggest reason is that landlords don't know how to go about enforcing their judgments.
