IN-PERSON: LUNCH SEMINAR – Artificial Intelligence: Where A-I Actually Fits (in Housing)

Artificial intelligence (A-I) is a central topic in global news these days due to rapid technological breakthroughs, growing safety alarms, and major shifts in the workforce and workflows. Whether A-I has been on your mind for months or your management team just added it to the agenda, you need the same thing: someone who can walk in, test what actually works against your workflows and your data and tell you straight.

During this important, new Lunch & Learn session, we will cover the following:
  • Where A-I removes friction and where it just adds a new thing to double-check
  • A live walkthrough of a real request, from incomplete intake to a proposed next step, with manager review built in
  • What happens when information is missing: the workflow stops and flags it instead of guessing?
  • What to hand over, what to keep, and how to check the work in between
  • Examples tailored to member pain points (slow quotes, scattered emails, vendor and maintenance requests)
  • Participant worksheets to take back to the office
  • No tool parade: you leave with a plan, not a list of 40 apps

Guest Speaker

Paul Chambers, Managing Director, full/REFIT

Paul Chambers is the Managing Director of full/REFIT. Before starting full/REFIT, he spent 15 years managing luxury apartment communities in Los Angeles. Today, Mr. Chambers helps owners and managers figure out where AI actually earns its keep in a working business, and where it just gives owners one more thing to double-check. He runs his own company on A-I agents, so the examples I teach come from real situations, not some demo reel. Mr. Chambers session, Where AI Actually Fits, is a live walkthrough: what to hand over, what to keep, and how to check the work in between.

About full/REFIT.

Most A-I consultants build a system and leave. Most AI trainers run a workshop and leave. Either way, the company ends up with something it can’t fully use and people who aren’t any more capable than before. full/REFIT started inside a real company. Twelve months embedded, not advising from the outside. The CEO called because a salesperson had been making product claims that weren’t true, and he had no way to know until a deal went sideways. The first build: a system that analyzes every sales call, checks claims against product documentation and sends graded reports to the sales director.

Five systems later, the pattern was clear. Every system we built got dramatically more valuable when we taught the team to use AI tools alongside it. The sales director doesn’t just receive reports, he turns them into coaching plans in minutes. The ops manager doesn’t just reference the knowledge base, she maintains and expands it herself. That’s the model. Layer 1: build the systems. Layer 2: make the team capable. Both layers, every engagement. For more information, go to https://www.fullrefit.com/.
