Chris Barker, Esq., Yorkshire Realty. Chris Barker is an attorney and real estate investor. Before transitioning into real estate full-time, Chris was a litigator at top law firms, most recently serving as Of Counsel at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. There, he represented global investment firms, pension funds, and banks in complex financial disputes. Using his legal career earnings, Chris acquired over 40 rental units in Los Angeles, which he owns and operates. His firm, Yorkshire Realty, offers legal, property management, brokerage, and investment services to select clients.

Daniel Yukelson, Executive Director, Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles. Daniel Yukelson is the Executive Director of AAGLA. A Certified Public Accountant, Yukelson began his career at Ernst & Young and has held senior financial roles including Chief Financial Officer at Premiere Radio Networks and Oasis West Realty. He served as a planning commissioner, Chairperson, and Public Works Commissioner in Beverly Hills.
