Marissa Bowman, Associate Director of Housing Partnerships – PATH, LeaseUp Program. Marissa joined PATH in October 2018 and now serves as Director of Housing Partnerships, overseeing the LeaseUp and RPSS programs. She began her career in social services in Orange County as a residential counselor at Crittenton Services for Children and Families and later transitioned into homeless services and housing location with Watts Labor Community Action Committee. Marissa currently serves on the board of the Multi-Cultural Real Estate Alliance, holds an MBA from Purdue University Global, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Hampton University. In her spare time, she enjoys coaching youth basketball and gardening.

Daniel Yukelson, Executive Director, Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles. Daniel Yukelson is the Executive Director of AAGLA. A Certified Public Accountant, he began his career at Ernst & Young and has served as Chief Financial Officer for several companies including Premiere Radio Networks and Oasis West Realty. He has also served as a planning commissioner and Public Works Commissioner in the City of Beverly Hills.
