Help inform the LA County Community Opportunity to Purchase Act

• HR&A Advisors, a real estate and policy consulting firm, will moderate and take notes at this workshop on behalf of the Los Angeles County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs (DCBA).
• The goal of the workshop is to capture input on key elements of the program, such as the sales process and timelines, notices, and resources to implement COPA and to assist property owners and real estate professionals.

In addition to this event, there will be future opportunities for public input and public comment on a draft COPA ordinance.
