Kenny Lim, Managing Partner of California Property Law Group.

Kenny Lim is a managing partner of California Property Law Group. Kenny has extensive experience in the field of Real Estate, specializing in landlord-tenant law. Kenny obtained a bachelor's in political science, specializing in law and philosophy, from the University of California, Riverside, and obtained his real estate sales agent license in 2016. During his time as an agent, he facilitated sales of properties and leases and dealt with banks and lenders on foreclosed properties. In 2018, he attended the accelerated SCALE Program in 2018 at Southwestern Law School and graduated in 2020. He was a part of the Negotiations Honors Program and the Southwestern Journal of International Law, where he wrote a paper on gambling debts and the enforceability of gambling debts.

Kenny's experience with landlord-tenant law stems from his work with one of the biggest landlord-tenant firms in Southern California.
