His practice includes real estate and landlord-tenant matters, eviction and unlawful detainer proceedings, habitability issues, lease disputes, and other legal matters affecting property owners and landlords.

Mr. Kim also handles business and contract matters, trusts and estates, probate, and family law matters, as well as legal issues involving international and cross-border matters.

Mr. Kim received his legal education at Seoul National University School of Law in South Korea and the University of Arizona College of Law in the United States. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 2004 and the California Bar in 2020.
With legal education and experience in both Korean and American legal environments, Mr. Kim is able to explain complex California legal issues in both Korean and English.

He is particularly committed to helping Korean-American individuals, business owners, landlords, and property owners better understand the California legal system and identify practical ways to prevent and resolve legal disputes. Mr. Kim previously served in the Republic of Korea Army.
