Learn How to Boost Your Rental Income with California ADU Laws
Join us for an important seminar on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and how you can increase your rental income by taking advantage of recently passed California ADU laws, including Senate Bills 9 and 10. California's ADU laws allow you to add more rental units to your property, even without parking. Topics include:
- How to add 3 or more units to your existing property—potentially doubling or tripling your rental income.
- Understanding Assembly Bill 1033 and the rules for selling your ADU separately from your main residence.
- Using the 25% Conversion Rule to maximize the footprint of your property.
- Converting recreational, laundry, storage rooms, and garages into income-generating ADUs.

Under California's ADU regulations, property owners may add two rental units without size restrictions or local limitations, and may add an additional 25% based on existing square footage, building up to 25 feet high. Assembly Bill 1033 also allows for lot splitting and separate sale of ADUs.
