 Form Simplicity Ultimate Edition for Property Management Teams (Downtown Los Angeles)

This session is built for owners/managers of multiple properties, professional property management companies, and their teams. We move past basic form access and focus on the advanced workflow tools in Form Simplicity Ultimate Edition, the tools that help a team run a repeatable rental process across many units and many staff members.


What you will learn:
  • Reusable form packages, both AAGLA-created packages and your own, so a full set of documents is ready in a few clicks
  • Electronic signatures with Sabal Sign, including integrated and user-created templates
  • Cloud document storage and PDF tools such as split, merge, rotate, replace pages, and rename
  • Task management with templates, email reminders, and real-time collaboration across your team
  • Transaction tools for setting up, sharing, archiving, and tracking a tenancy from start to finish
  • Google Calendar integration to keep move-ins, signings, notices, and inspections on schedule

Who should attend?

Professional property management companies and their teams, from leasing and operations staff to owners and principals. This session is geared toward members who run rental processes at scale and want a repeatable workflow their whole team can share. Multiple attendees from the same company are welcome and encouraged. A working knowledge of the included Starter Edition is helpful but not required, since we will move quickly into the advanced tools in Ultimate Edition.
