Earning your Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) credential allows you to demonstrate that you have the knowledge and ability to manage rental property and achieve the owner’s investment goals. The CAM credential positions you well for many career opportunities and advancement within the multi-housing industry.

REQUIREMENTS
To obtain the CAM credential, candidates must complete the following:
- Minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience
- Successful completion of all CAM coursework (totaling 40 hours)
- Pass the exam within six (6) months of declaring candidacy
- Once enrolled, there are no refunds or exchanges on purchases of events and seminars. In the event an event or seminar is canceled, or the date is changed, a full refund will be offered.
